My husband recently came to Community Honda over Memorial Day weekend and had the best experience after a frustrating morning spent at other lots. The team at Community Honda assisted us promptly upon arriving, were very helpful and were extremely knowledgeable giving us a comprehensive view of the vehicle we were buying (CR-V). RecommendedGreat experience! Most of the clients of this dealerahip are returning loyal clients or referred from existing customer. Very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is polite and professional.
Horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a vehicle that had pre existed issues I was not aware of .....did not even have it for 30 days. Took it in and they expect me to pay for diagnostic and a rental. They currently still have the vehicle and have no Eta for repair. Management will not respond to any concerns via phone or in writing. I would not refer anyone to a business such as this. How do you not offer a rental or a loaner to a customer in this instance?

Test drove a Civic there. it was a demo. Smelled like a hobo dropped a deuce in the trunk. Service dept had good coffee though. They had TONS of creamer available. I'd give you 5 stars for the free coffee But man, that smell in the Civic.

They are seriously wonderful! I've only driven Hondas and these guys treat you so nicely! My parents have been going to this dealer for about 15-20 years now and have had the best experience!
