RecommendedI brought my car in for a repair, and the service was great. They even shuttled me to and from a local store while the work was being done. A great experience all around.

Got quoted 1.5 hours for new tires, took 4 hours. I like the car, but they really suck when it comes to the maintenance. Also paying for a loaner car is pretty lame.
I am not using this dealership ever again. 5 phones calls and 2 visits for recall work and still not done. Oh and....don't drop your car off at night - they don't have a drop box. But hey Thursday night at 930pm, salesman all over place- I was told no cashier to take my keys. Funny....4 girls walked out as we were leaving. No cashiers - MY ass! They suck - over to Continental Honda I go. So so so much better.
I will never again bring my car back here again. They left a dirty rag on my personal items. Also I had water all inside my brand new car. It was in my shifter and in the sides of my doors. They probably used the dirty rag to dry my car. All they had to say was sorry, they must have left the Windows open when they cleaned the car. My car was not even washed. It had the same dirt marks when I brought it in. Horrible

Their telemarketing business practices violate consumer protection laws. They continue to call me. All of their calls are unsolicited. Despite my requests that they stop and that they remove my number from their data base. In trying to communicate my concern with management they insist that you agree to their "privacy policy" which gives them permission to share your contact information with telemarketers. I did not agree to their "privacy policy" instead I filed a complaint with the FTC.

By far the worst experience of my entire life! I called Saturday at 2PM to get information on the 2016 New Honda Accord Coups. I spoke with a Barbara. She told me about the different styles they had and emailed me all the information. I asked her if she had the one I decided on in stock at the dealer. She said they did. I was there at 3:30PM to take a look at the car and buy it. When I got there she was gone for the day so a Fred or Frank man said he would help me. Been here too many times with garbage service. Here now for 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one has come to see me yet... Like what gives??
Asked if they could check why passenger side windshield washer fluid squirter doesn't work. $70 just to run a diagnostics????
