Well since I have owned 2 Hondas and been a loyal customer I couldn't be more disappointed in community Honda of Orland Park since I was going in for a air bag recall and i was getting an oil change I asked if they could just listen to the noise my car was making its not like they were taking time away from anyone else the rep told me it would cost an additional 119.00 to listen and look seriously??!! think I may consider switching to a Toyota they care about their customers free car washes free oil changes and they actually... read more

Earlier today I had a discussion with a Honda USA Customer Service representative who was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, that was where the pleasantries ended. Two years ago I purchased from Community Honda an '07 Civic for my son because I heard Hondas last forever. I learned last week that the engine block was cracked. The engine was serviced regularly and it turns out this is a common problem which caused Honda to issue Service Bulletin 10-048 whereby the extended the warranty 10 years. It was a great experience, Sean was my sales associate and he did a great job in informing me and having faith I could manage a payment of a new car! I appreciate all the help and for allowing me to get my first new car! Honda all day everyday!

I've been trying to get a hold of the sales manager for a few days now. A car I purchased here didn't have any report done on it before it was sold to me and the car locks don't work. The sales associate (Stefan Ristovski) said they fixed it before I bought it and it's not working. I will be returning this car/getting my lawyer involved if this is not taken care of fast. They sold me this car under false pretenses.

Ordered a glove compartment which didn't have a lock but prior model did. Tried to explain to reps there and they told me that's additional. Unfortunately I had to reach out to owner and left him a voice mail. The sales rep who sold me the car contacted trying to assist them tells me he didn't sell me the car which he did. Still no resolution to issue. The service has gone down big time.

Just drove home my new CRV....we have been Honda owners for over thirty years between the four members of our household. So 20+ Hondas! The dealers always give us the best price, so we always return. Along the way we have tried other car brands, but go right back to Honda. Carefree driving with no worries of anything malfunctioning as we experienced with other brands. Thanks Frank and Terry!
