Got a good deal on an Accord because I went straight to the GM. HOWEVER, When they had the vehicle that they located & shipped to the Orland dealership for pick up, there was a scratch on the driver's door that they needed to repair. Great they were willing to repair it, but they kept giving me the run around on when the car would be ready. Every day they delayed it an extra day when they guaranteed it'd be ready the next day. Always filthy slow service and they find any excuse to not wash your car. Don’t bother

Buying the car was a great experience, and I love my new Odyssey. But the Finance Manager lied about the service agreement (he no longer works there apparently), and in attempting to get a partial refund for the service agreement, it has taken Joe Vanerio over a month to respond to my requests for a refund IN WRITING (he had done so verbally and through e-mail, but provided no proof that he submitted the refund through the finance company). Well since I have owned 2 Hondas and been a loyal customer I couldn't be more disappointed in community Honda of Orland Park since I was going in for a air bag recall and i was getting an oil change I asked if they could just listen to the noise my car was making its not like they were taking time away from anyone else the rep told me it would cost an additional 119.00 to listen and look seriously??!! think I may consider switching to a Toyota they care about their customers free car washes free oil changes and they actually... read more

Earlier today I had a discussion with a Honda USA Customer Service representative who was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, that was where the pleasantries ended. Two years ago I purchased from Community Honda an '07 Civic for my son because I heard Hondas last forever. I learned last week that the engine block was cracked. The engine was serviced regularly and it turns out this is a common problem which caused Honda to issue Service Bulletin 10-048 whereby the extended the warranty 10 years. It was a great experience, Sean was my sales associate and he did a great job in informing me and having faith I could manage a payment of a new car! I appreciate all the help and for allowing me to get my first new car! Honda all day everyday!

I've been trying to get a hold of the sales manager for a few days now. A car I purchased here didn't have any report done on it before it was sold to me and the car locks don't work. The sales associate (Stefan Ristovski) said they fixed it before I bought it and it's not working. I will be returning this car/getting my lawyer involved if this is not taken care of fast. They sold me this car under false pretenses.
