Drove from Ohio for a specific car...that one didn’t work out but their inventory was deep enough that they had another that was exactly what we were looking for. Smooth purchase from start to finish. Frank was no pressure, and easy to work with, he made the experience almost fun! We will definitely come back here for our next car!

I spent 2 & 1/2 hours waiting for my 2012 Honda CR-V, the service performed was an oil change. It’s not nice waiting that long for a very simple preventative maintenance service.

This dealership sold us a car that is currently sitting in a mechanics shop and we are being told that it was sold to us with known problems. He can prove that the computer has been messed with and and that it was sold to us this way. We paid $8000 for this van and now we will need to put another $1400 into it to get a new computer! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD US A BROKEN VAN! I appreciate that they are there for their customers. I like the free rides home and pick you up to get your car. I trust their service department and use them for regular maintenance on my car.

I found a used vehicle I was interested in at this location. I called ahead to see if it was still available to test drive and was told that it is and that I could come in later that day/evening to see it. When I arrived no one approached us and I had to go hunt a sales person down-a first since usually they are waiting by the door etc at other locations. Finally spoke to a sales person to only be told that their manager has signed the car out as her demo car and that it is not available to see that day! WTF-how do you allow... read more
