NEVER go here. They gave us a repair bill of over $6k for our Honda. Then tried to get us to trade it in for a new vehicle. Had a second shop look at it, and $360 later, the problem is gone, & it’s been running terrific for weeks. Honda charged us $180 to try and scam us. I will NEVER consider giving this location business again, and will reconsider purchasing a Honda in the future as well.

Hi Angela, I spoke to Mr. Bougher- the second shop did a temporary fix as the spark plugs were oil fouled. This will happen again as replacing the plugs doesn’t stop the reason for oil fouling. Please contact Joe if you would like to discuss this further at 708-364-2610.
Just picked up a 2019 CRV, up front contact mostly good with Sales Consultant Jake. But the typical go to someone else to finish the final numbers agreement. wooshed through. Several line items that were not discussed up front. Sceptical, may or may not return.

they wanted me to pay $6000 for a $366 fix. maybe start with that.
place is an absolute joke. I have a 2012 honda odyssey which has a recall in the motor for piston misfiring due to bad piston rings this recall has been extended for and 8 year period. since they had to work on this in 2016 (the recall work) guess what 3 years later and it's happening again. eventhough the recall still covers it they now are saying since we worked on it once already, that recalls are only a one time fix now we have to pay out of pocket $5500 very sad indeed. By replacing customer service reps that have attitudes, and making sure the ones that work with customers know policies and procedures , and have people skills. I came in to community Honda because I needed an oil change as well as maintenance as my car had not started on several attempts during that week and required a boost.
