they wanted me to pay $6000 for a $366 fix. maybe start with that.
place is an absolute joke. I have a 2012 honda odyssey which has a recall in the motor for piston misfiring due to bad piston rings this recall has been extended for and 8 year period. since they had to work on this in 2016 (the recall work) guess what 3 years later and it's happening again. eventhough the recall still covers it they now are saying since we worked on it once already, that recalls are only a one time fix now we have to pay out of pocket $5500 very sad indeed. By replacing customer service reps that have attitudes, and making sure the ones that work with customers know policies and procedures , and have people skills. I came in to community Honda because I needed an oil change as well as maintenance as my car had not started on several attempts during that week and required a boost. I came in and the rep suggested some sort of test that measures the strength and life of the battery and said it would take an hour and a half. Two an...Continue Reading

We bought a brand new CR-v in July. Car has had to have its transmission replaced not once but twice! The car hasn’t even had an oil change yet! Customer service through this whole ordeal has been extremely poor. There has been no apology or attempt to make this up to us. Our old car needed less service and it had over 200k miles. We are long time Honda customers but this experience has ruined our faith in honda. Honda make this right!
