Their mechanics are great, even though you do not get to meet them. Always have been satisfied with their work and I bought my car there 10 years ago and it is running great! Service managers are knowledgeable and courteous, they do not try to over sell their service. They have a good relationship with their customers.

I was looking for a specific model used car. I did A LOT (and I do mean -a lot-) of online searching and landed at Community Honda because they had a great price for the car I was looking for. I spoke with someone there and explained that I would be coming from a relative long distance to look at the car and was hoping to not have to make return trips if possible, so we were able to make a deal over the phone and overall, everything worked out great / as expected. Please read this: On September 28 2019 Gerald ****** sold my wife (I was not there) a 2012 ******** SRX for 16000 cash. I thought this was high but the check was already signed and the deal was done. Fast forward to today I have a different dealer tell me they won’t buy it nor will any other dealership due to a damage report, we can only trade it in.
