RecommendedPurchased my Odyssey 6 years ago. Liked how I was treated so much, I convinced my brother to buy the same 3 months later. Just had some major work done on it. But despite it being out of warranty, Honda covered a big portion of the bill. When it’s time, I’ll definitely buy my next car there.

This car is awesome. The engine, accessories and service are great.
Well, just went in for service because my check engine light went on. I called last week for an appointment and was told, “Just bring it in.” The guy at the service counter (who I apparently disturbed because he was eating breakfast) shook his head, shrugged his shoulders and said they “might” be able to get to it today. He just seemed very put out. If I was told to try another day when I made the appt, I would have been fine with that. But to deal with this service guy’s attitude is enough for me to never come back. Their mechanics are great, even though you do not get to meet them. Always have been satisfied with their work and I bought my car there 10 years ago and it is running great! Service managers are knowledgeable and courteous, they do not try to over sell their service. They have a good relationship with their customers.
