Brought in Pilot for A/C Service and has Honda Care Active Policy- They tried to charge Me. Had to walk Home over 1 mile. Would never buy anything from Community Honda. Terrible Service.

RecommendedPurchased my Odyssey 6 years ago. Liked how I was treated so much, I convinced my brother to buy the same 3 months later. Just had some major work done on it. But despite it being out of warranty, Honda covered a big portion of the bill. When it’s time, I’ll definitely buy my next car there.
Please read this before you take your vehicle to this place for service las month I took my 2015 Honda odyssey for a diagnosis and the result for them was the transmission they want $ ***** for repair my Odyssey I took to another transmission place they took 30 minutes to fix my problem this transmission shop charge me $35 for the damage sensor and $ 150 for labor my Odyssey is perfect running thanks to my transmission mechanics I went back to the dealer trying to get my money back the service manager didn't help me and he s... read more

********************** was informed after inspection to his vehicle that metal shavings were present in this transmission fluid. Unfortunately another shop replaced a sensor to temporarily remove the code. This is not a fix that will last. Once there is metal in the fluid the gears will continue to deteriorate. We wish ********************** all the best with his vehicle.

Well, just went in for service because my check engine light went on. I called last week for an appointment and was told, “Just bring it in.” The guy at the service counter (who I apparently disturbed because he was eating breakfast) shook his head, shrugged his shoulders and said they “might” be able to get to it today. He just seemed very put out. If I was told to try another day when I made the appt, I would have been fine with that. But to deal with this service guy’s attitude is enough for me to never come back.
