Their service department let's a car sit there all day and simply relys on texting when the person who dropped off my car specifically said plz call me ...I've had problems with the service department years ago and nothing has changed ..

I recently had some work done on my 2008 Accord and had a great experience. I can tell compared to previous visits that the service there has improved a lot.

NEVER go here. They gave us a repair bill of over $6k for our Honda. Then tried to get us to trade it in for a new vehicle. Had a second shop look at it, and $360 later, the problem is gone, & it’s been running terrific for weeks. Honda charged us $180 to try and scam us. I will NEVER consider giving this location business again, and will reconsider purchasing a Honda in the future as well.

Hi Angela, I spoke to Mr. Bougher- the second shop did a temporary fix as the spark plugs were oil fouled. This will happen again as replacing the plugs doesn’t stop the reason for oil fouling. Please contact Joe if you would like to discuss this further at 708-364-2610.
Just picked up a 2019 CRV, up front contact mostly good with Sales Consultant Jake. But the typical go to someone else to finish the final numbers agreement. wooshed through. Several line items that were not discussed up front. Sceptical, may or may not return.
