Their policies may work in metropolitan areas but they stink as a small town community bank. This bank is owned by a Boston hedge fund and is the epitome of corporate greed. Yes I have an axe to grind because they “eliminated” my position after our takeover. They treat their people like crap! I built our bank into #1 in our market and after 8 years of proven performance got 2 months severance. Find yourself a real community bank!

We were with People's bank before and since you guys took over it's been terrible at best. Your online website is worse than a pre 2000 site. Everytime I try to login it shows different phone numbers as the ones on my file and only way to deal with it is to call. For the 4th time it has done the same thing today again. It's 2018, get the website to be compatible with the year.

1. Fees other banks don’t have. 2. Not a local bank at all, bought out years ago. 3. Laid off many locals around here. 4. Has offered loans to local farmers only to withdraw the offer.
