This is a terrible bank. Do not stand behind their customers when in a dispute. They claim to be a community bank. Don’t believe them. Stay away

We were with People's bank before and since you guys took over it's been terrible at best. Your online website is worse than a pre 2000 site. Everytime I try to login it shows different phone numbers as the ones on my file and only way to deal with it is to call. For the 4th time it has done the same thing today again. It's 2018, get the website to be compatible with the year.
Donnie, Gaye and Jenni were a pleasure to work with from day 1. They answered all of my questions throughout the loan process and were very quick to respond to emails. I would highly recommend this team!
1. Fees other banks don’t have. 2. Not a local bank at all, bought out years ago. 3. Laid off many locals around here. 4. Has offered loans to local farmers only to withdraw the offer.

She personally cares about you and your family, you're not just a client to her. She was on top of a couple issues that came up, and handled them with speed and grace. Not only have I called 13 times to get the dispute file but each time I have to explain the situation. It is mistake after mistake with this bank. They made an error and it has taken me almost 2 months now to fix it and it still isn’t done. I would never have recommend this bank to anyone ever again!!

Worst customer service from the call center I have ever experienced. Every time I call the reps are rude and disrespectful (except when calling the local Leadville office). I have tried to close my accounts over five times with NO success (even sent a notarized letter).
