This bank has horrible customer service. Needs to learn how to better help customers during the covid-19 crisis. If you have your name, ssn and account number- you should be able to help a customer! Not being able to access other nonsense should be worked with. Trying to pay off a loan should not be like pulling teeth - with very very rude “management “.
Terrible customer service I spent a week with Sarah Elmore on trying to get my ACH auto-draft canceled and switched to a new bank account and she was the most unhelpful totally apathetic rep I've can remember speaking too. THE worst.
I loved working with Amy Stenhaug. She is professional, knowledgeable and very patient.
5 STARS Community Banks in pueblo is such a great place to bank. The girls have such wonderful customer service.. They are familiar with their clients and treat them with respect, they don't talk down to them when there's an issue. They are so helpful and do their best in explaining any situation.. I would recommend anyone of my family and friends that live in pueblo to bank with Community Banks of Colorado..

Peoples Bank was absolutely amazing before they made the switch to Community Banks of Colorado.I was with people's Bank for almost 16 years. community Banks of Colorado has terrible customer service, you now have to call a 1-800 number to get anybody on the phone, they have also changed the requirements for minimum balances for checking and savings and charge ridiculous fees, this bank no longer has a family feel, just corporate crap. Would not recommend
