Wow, I don't think that even if I waste my time, explaining what could be done to improve your banking relationship with the public, that these critical suggestions, will be considered or implemented at all. There is an obvious basic lack of communication between your bank associates, and the client. There needs to be a policy in monitoring personal and business accounts, that if suspicious activity is detected, the client should be notified immediately. If you were unlucky your original mortgage lender was bought by this bank, they will no longer allow you to pay online unless you also buy another product form them. They are a rip off taking advantage of customers specially during this social distancing times.

They seized my stimulus check after a fraudulent withdrawal from 2 months ago after they cleared me and put the funds back into my account and told me I could use the money, they knew my stimulus check was direct deposited so they stole my money. Since I have not had a call returned or gotten any response from the bank
