Teresa did a phenomenal job and stepped up when others involved in the transaction failed to do their job. If it were not for Teresa’s hard work, people skills, and clever thinking, we would not have closed.
Most outstanding experience with any type of financing I have had to date. The people at Community Banks of Colorado went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule requirements, and Kimberly Rogers especially went out of her way to meet me outside of normal business hours to assist the processing of my mortgage documents.

Nick and his team are rock stars! Nick has been providing guidance and advice well before we hired a real estate professional to help us find a home. I have had nothing but troubles every step of the way with this bank, and all I have here is a simple checking account. Horrible hours, horrible management, horrible policy. This place is so ridiculous It's like you're banking directly with the federal government.
My ex wife was trying to make my son and I homeless, out of spite and greed. Kim Rogers understood the severity of our situation and went far beyond what is normally expected of her, to save our home. On my son's 12th birthday, I was able to give him the best gift ever. We were going to keep our home.
