Not only have I called 13 times to get the dispute file but each time I have to explain the situation. It is mistake after mistake with this bank. They made an error and it has taken me almost 2 months now to fix it and it still isn’t done. I would never have recommend this bank to anyone ever again!!

Worst customer service from the call center I have ever experienced. Every time I call the reps are rude and disrespectful (except when calling the local Leadville office). I have tried to close my accounts over five times with NO success (even sent a notarized letter).

Teresa did a phenomenal job and stepped up when others involved in the transaction failed to do their job. If it were not for Teresa’s hard work, people skills, and clever thinking, we would not have closed.
Most outstanding experience with any type of financing I have had to date. The people at Community Banks of Colorado went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule requirements, and Kimberly Rogers especially went out of her way to meet me outside of normal business hours to assist the processing of my mortgage documents.
