it's called community Banks of Colorado but I would not want this Bank in my community and I am ashamed to say that there is one. imagine a bank that takes your money and will not speak to you about it, making it seem like canceling your account is easier than dealing with the people there. if that sounds like the bank for you then the Durango branch is your go-to.
Get into the 21st century and let people pay their mortgage online like every other bank out there
Community Banks bought out my old bank and the experience was pretty awful. They do not offer online-banking for mortgages (and have not indicated that they plan to), so that has made account management very difficult. I'd consider the pain of a refinance to get away from this place where common sense is nowhere in sight.
RecommendedI actually dislike CoBnks, but the employees are GREAT, especially Chris Naylor in Monument.
Do not do business with the branch in Arvada... you will definitely regret it. :(
