Get rid of your rude teller Mr. Jay From the Branch in Monte Vista, CO (don't know his last name). I went to cash a check about 2 months ago and he was rude to me and my husband, I went back about a week later and when he saw it was me in the drive thru, he rolled his eyes at me and I was furious. I can and will take my business elsewhere. I complained twice to Sandy the branch manager and corporate. After my 2nd complaint yesterday he called and apologized today, I am sure they made him do that. — feeling angry.

Stay away from this bank in Arvada, CO. Horrible bank manager and not at all good service or even decent service.
My bank branch got all new employees. Ever since the change customer service has been horrible. They have taken money for supposed overdraft fees even though my account shows payments posted in a different order. I am tired of this game of putting the biggest payment through first to make it so I have more overdrafts.
