Stay away from this bank in Arvada, CO. Horrible bank manager and not at all good service or even decent service.
My bank branch got all new employees. Ever since the change customer service has been horrible. They have taken money for supposed overdraft fees even though my account shows payments posted in a different order. I am tired of this game of putting the biggest payment through first to make it so I have more overdrafts. Customer service must be made better
it's called community Banks of Colorado but I would not want this Bank in my community and I am ashamed to say that there is one. imagine a bank that takes your money and will not speak to you about it, making it seem like canceling your account is easier than dealing with the people there. if that sounds like the bank for you then the Durango branch is your go-to.
Get into the 21st century and let people pay their mortgage online like every other bank out there
Community Banks bought out my old bank and the experience was pretty awful. They do not offer online-banking for mortgages (and have not indicated that they plan to), so that has made account management very difficult. I'd consider the pain of a refinance to get away from this place where common sense is nowhere in sight.
