Location next to my business on 277 broadway refused to payback utilities that were paid by my space for over 5 years totaling 20k+. Now because of that they constantly complain about our music to our building. #shady #dontdobusinesswiththem
Every time I come here its something else. I closed my account with them due to too many errors three years ago. Someone else’s money deposited. Non existent fraud issues etc. at least once a year I have to come back to fight them on fees or money due. Each time they put a hold on my ability to get other accounts at other banks and ding my credit report then I go in and its oops. We took care of it. Stay as far away as you can from this bank.
I’m honestly very disappointed with this bank. Been a customer at our local bank/branch for almost 25 years. Today we closed our three accounts with them and went to a bank that truly is a “community” bank. Lack of compassion, ridiculous fees, poor communication, and too many changing faces, we had enough. Sad when you walk in and you only recognize ONE face in there (small town, should recognize more). Shout out to Mike, he’s the best (and only one there left that we know!), he’s the only great thing left at that bank!
I was a customer of Community Banks of Colorado in Cripple Creek. I was sexually and verbally assaulted by Sara the manager, Tom, her supervisor did nothing to rectify this situation but instead, he hid his head in the sand like nothing happened. Sara is still a manager and she is an AMATUER at that. I would highly recommend staying far away from this bank as possible!
