I love banking with Community Banks of Colorado, but it's even better walking in every week and being greeted by such great energy. Peter Hamley is a wonderful addition to the team. His smile and attitude would brighten anyones day!
I have been banking with Community Banks for over 20 years. The customer service has always been exceptional. I can not imagine banking anywhere else. I am normally a hate all banks kind of person. Had BofA for 15 years before moving out of Phx,AZ to Greeley, CO. They were not horrible, but never personable. We have been banking with FNB for 2 years now and absolutely despise them. Decided to open another checking account with another Bank and stumbled on CBofCO. LOVE THEM ALREADY! Wendy Miller at the Greeley location has been so warm and welcoming. Thank you for showing us all banks aren't the same :)
I am so grateful to have the Community Bank of Colorado now based in Boulder. The quality of the service is outstanding. Competence and kindness are the two main words that come to me to describe the service offered. And the Community Bank of Colorado does NOT invest in large pipeline projects. They invest our money to support our local communities.
The only reason I use this bank is for a non-standard mortgage. It's an immensely frustrating process to conduct standard banking with them online. The online access NEVER works (neither does the "call for one-time security code" function), the ability to pay my loan without a standard bank account with them is non-existent (I have to use bill pay from my real bank in order to pay them), customer service phone system hangs up on me at least 40% of the time.
