This organization is horribly inept. There is a reason they have had consistent financial troubles. Namely Jackie is on a personal power trip lacking any oversight apparently. They repeatedly make mistakes and have zero interest in either taking responsibility nor helping identify solution. Her coworkers are all aware of her disfunction, however she is intent on climbing corporate ladder and manipulates upper management to accommodate her psycho agenda....
Bankee beware!!!! Lower level employees are top rate, however management (jacky) and upper management (Larry Costello) is unqualified for road work. Not a bank anyone can feel comfortable doing business with. These people promote the incapable!!!! any bank would be a BETTER CHOICE! DONT FOLLOW THEIR OWN GUIDELINES.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this particular bank. Every time i have an issue with my account, they are very quick to bring up the fact that i owe them fees, but refuse to come up with a viable solution for the issue at hand. On top of refusing to come up with any option to correct the issue, this Jacky lady and her boss. Larry are always quite rude and appear to lack the proper customer service skills to be in the position they are in.
I am in the finance and service industry and have never in counter anyone not willing help fix a situation for a customer then Jacky and her manager Larry. You should always be able to come up with a reason to help the customer and not blame them and put the on them for your mistakes! I will never go back to this financial institution again!!
People like Lenee at Englewood branch are why I bank with a small branch and don't move assets to larger bank like Wells or Chase
I go to the Broadway COBNKS, the one that looks like a space ship. Lol! All the employees there are wonderful and treat me like a queen. Misty goes above and beyond by saving all the pink lollipops for my 2 year old daughter. Now that's customer service!!!
This group really screwed up a good bank and they aren't smart enough to figure out that their big city bank program won't work in rural communities
I not only just opened a new account with Community Bank of Colorado... in the Coolest bank building in the Country on Broadway in Englewood! To top it all off my Universal Banker Ariel Castillo was extremely professional and personal all at the same time. HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED. Good to see service like that still exist. Keep up the great work. Christopher Brewer.
Patrick Close @ Community Banks in Glenwood Springs is the most energetic, happiest banker I've encountered in a long time. I always like seeing him when I come in and he "gets it".
