I regretfully read comments of other branches and simultaneously wish you all had a chance to bank on 12th Street in Montrose. If ever even one inconvenience was suffered, something I cannot recall, the knowledge, professionalism with genuine warmth, care, and effort would all dwarf such. Sarah, Christine, and Teena are what ensures my loyalty always. This is the first time of many banks tried over years not to be mentioned that I've felt back in a true home town bank. Thank you ladies more than I can say.
Brenna at the Bayfield office spent an hour with me answering every question I had about a home mortgage! Not only is she very knowledgeable she is very happy at her job and it shows! The company I work for, Elbert County Government, banks at the Kiowa branch, and Rosalie S, Mark & Patty Clark are the best!!!! Rosalie typically takes my deposit and she is always friendly and efficient. I have had nothing but exceptional service! Keep up the good work guys!!!! :)
