Worst bank EVER!!!!! They lost our direct deposit and have no answers to how or when they are going to get the money into our account. Created on-line password and it never works. I am changing banks as soon as they find our deposit and never looking back. Small town bank with great customer service is a freaking joke!
This upgrade SUCKS! And I can't get customer service on the phone
Terrible customer service today through the Conifer branch while being out of town for a funeral in Illinois. Waited for a phone call back for about 3 hours and finally called them and they were still trying to figure out the issue. Needless to say, hopefully you don't get stuck out of town while in a time of need because they cant figure out their issues.
