From the outset, these people proved to be incompetent. Then once they got the local branch, they decided to shut it down. Well, thank goodness another bank is stepping in to fill the void. I hope their costs for acquisition are excessive. "Community Banks" is exactly what they are not about.

I had trouble getting logged on after the new system was started but then a Sr VP called. She was making personal calls!! In just a few minutes she had me into my account and then said she was onto the next customer in need. Problems... Yes. But fast, courteous help!!
So they recently took over Pine River Valley Bank in Bayfield CO where I've been doing banking for over 10 years. So far not bad except the fact that I am having to wait for days to process signing up for online banking in the checking account and before there was no on hold when calling the bank ever. Today I called twice and was on hold for 20 min one call and over 10 the other before hanging up. Bayfield is a small place and this amount of wait should never be. Recently my card was "skimmed ", the bank caught it very quickly and was able to cancel my card and reimbursed me for the fraudulent charges. However, it has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my replacement card. I was on hold for 27 minutes this morning before a representative took my call. She was as helpful as she could be, though I still have no card. Additionally, the branch by me, Parker Rd & Dartmouth recently cut its hours, though the service in the branch has always been good.
This place is a joke, they "updated" there website and now no one can login to check there account! Also the branch on Dartmouth and Parker is crap you wait forever for help and they only ever have one person working, oh and if you are in there and a business customer walks in they will help them before you even if you have been waiting! This company is on its way out of business.
