Recently my card was "skimmed ", the bank caught it very quickly and was able to cancel my card and reimbursed me for the fraudulent charges. However, it has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my replacement card. I was on hold for 27 minutes this morning before a representative took my call. She was as helpful as she could be, though I still have no card. Additionally, the branch by me, Parker Rd & Dartmouth recently cut its hours, though the service in the branch has always been good.
This place is a joke, they "updated" there website and now no one can login to check there account! Also the branch on Dartmouth and Parker is crap you wait forever for help and they only ever have one person working, oh and if you are in there and a business customer walks in they will help them before you even if you have been waiting! This company is on its way out of business.
Worst bank EVER!!!!! They lost our direct deposit and have no answers to how or when they are going to get the money into our account. Created on-line password and it never works. I am changing banks as soon as they find our deposit and never looking back. Small town bank with great customer service is a freaking joke!
This upgrade SUCKS! And I can't get customer service on the phone
Terrible customer service today through the Conifer branch while being out of town for a funeral in Illinois. Waited for a phone call back for about 3 hours and finally called them and they were still trying to figure out the issue. Needless to say, hopefully you don't get stuck out of town while in a time of need because they cant figure out their issues.
