Community Banks of Colorado has some of the best customer service I have ever received! Especially at the Telluride Branch! Chad and the other employees there work so hard to give fast and personable service to their customers!
I like Community Bank of Colorado because my bank is so helpful. Customer service is #1 in my book. They always make me feel like I don't have to hurry and that they have time for whatever my needs might be. I couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful bank.

I'm giving it a 2 star only because I like the staff at the Englewood Branch. I own my own business and have never been treated so poorly. The Regional manager Larry and his understudy Jackie are rude and unprofessional, I was a member of Bank of Choice before COBNKS took them over and they have ruined the bank, they fired all the good employees with great customer service skill and hired people uninterested in community or business support and development. NOT a Colorado company!
