Get directionsWould like to start off by saying this company is a joke They did a half a** install and refused to make it right. Still waiting on a check that I had to pay for from service call from a gas company that I had to have come out to my house. Because they failed to turn the gas back on to my house they price ***** the living h*** out of me for a simple AC replacement no reason it should have costed that much pay attention people who you have come in to your home.
They were great! ******************** came over and did the assessment. He was professional, kind and wore his mask as requested. He gave all the best options for what we needed and compared prices as well. **** went above and beyond. He installed the water heater and showed in detail how to operate the new device. He was polite, professional and didn't hesitate to answer all questions we had. He made sure everything was clean and in order before leaving. Thank you so much, Uron for your kindness!
Needed a backup of plumbing fixed. Took three days to fix and my toilet still could not be used. I tried calling them to give my insurance company the results of the camera footage from the sewer line, which they did not save as a video. I had to take the word of the plumber on the condition of the pipes and the main sewer line. We are a "preferred" customer with CWA so I was grateful that I was able to schedule a same day service call when my furnace quit. They were able to schedule an **** call but it's now 7 PM and I haven't heard a word. Their phone service seems to have crashed and we're still without heat for over 24 hours. I would think that I would at least hear from the company as to the status of my call. It's unfortunate that CWA is owned by ARS instead of being a local entity.

I called ARS to inspect my mother's AC unit and they quoted her $5,000 for labor only to replace her blower motor and clean her coils. On top of the outrageous dispatch fee of $109. My mother lost everything in Hurricane *** and is mentally and financially burdened, making this even more horrible. She is elderly and does not know how to use the internet or what is a reasonable rate for these repairs. Had I not been there to interfere, my mother would have fallen for this scam. Their fees are very expensive in comparison. They quoted me an estimate on replacing a ceiling fan on an 18ft ceiling of $1547.55. Two guys for four hours. A small business owner replaced it for $275.
