They installed a mini split AC in my house years ago and they seemed like a descent company. I had a maintenance contract with them on the unit since they require a lot of maintenance and they had one expert on staff. It appears he left the company (was given the run around about his status by different employees). They sent a technician out named ****** who was a pushy salesman in disguise. Told me my working AC needed $4k in repairs without bothering to turn on the unit.They dragged cancelling out till I was billed again f... read more

I had my new HVAC/Furnace installed in summer of 2022. The sales rep ****************** sold me on this new system would drastically save me $ and this and that. My current units were 20 years old so I bought the new units with a 12% interest loan through *********** The new 'eco' units have actually made my bills high.According to Pepco, my usage is more or less the same, I.E. I called and explained that I needed a capacitor replaced. I knew what was wrong with my unit and what was needed. I took a few hvac classes.. I could understand paying 100 or 200 dollars for an hour labor plus parts, but not 4 to 5 hundred dollars.I tried to purchase the capacitor to do it myself but tech wouldn't sell it. I was willing to pay 3x the price for it. The part probably only cost 15 dollars, but to charge me 400 is price gouging. They should have volunteered the price for replacing it. Do not use this company! I'd give them zero stars of I could. I called to have a 120V 15 amp outlet (standard outlet) with 15' of wire tied into dedicated switch on panel in my basement for Aprilaire dehumidifier. The ARS ***************** technician came out and took picture they said he was going to work up an estimate. He came back with an estimate of $1,450 which he said was the standard price for this outlet, and wire needed for this job. ****** was very efficient and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and he performed in a very professional manner. He replaced the main water valve to the house in a very short time. Thanks for sending him over. *******************************

I dont have a choice to give Zero so giving 1. Last Month(02/18/2023) I was in Homedepot purchasing few hardware's for my closet. One representative of Homedepot called me and put me to the ARS booth rep. I got appointment with ARS Rescue Rooter to Tune my 7-year-old perfectly working HAVC System through HomeDepot. ARS Technician came and checked the system and scammed my by saying that Battery is going to fail soon. As I have Manufacturer warranty, he will replace the part and collect the that part from the manufacturer. If... read more

This company is a scam. Worst experiences ever. Did not write a review first time because I was just hoping it was one occurrence but is not. I had a 33 year old unit that was still working replaced for energy efficiency. I went with ******* Home for my new unit. Biggest mistake. I wish I had old reliable ****** back, just wish they take this AC and bring me my old one back. Got into an expensive unit with this company with a "warrantee" and "worry free" according to the salesman. Definitely not true. I swear this company is... read more
