Reading over all of your complaints regarding this company right time? I agree with everything you say 100% . I wish I would've Read this before. I purchased 2 very expensive air conditioner units cost me.22,989.00 I haven't had the opportunity to see if the unit worked properly yet. I'll let you know about that Soon. But the customer service in the installment was terrible today April 21st. I had to take Right time to court because of their unprofessional. Scammers. They replaced my AC system when nothing was wrong with it. I called only for a tune up.. Nothing was wrong with my system. The tech told me I had mold around my vents which I later found out was dust, he showed me pics of high flames coming out of a burner like the one on a gas stove, it was in the middle of two pipes,wires hanging, exposed pipes, ducts hanging, etc. The tech told me the burner was suppose to be enclosed in those pipes and not exposed. He said my house was going to burn down because of it, my unit ... read more

Having them install my new a/c unit has been a nightmare of an experience. The unit is less than a year old and I have had to call them at least 5 times for issues with unit. From the a/c not cooling to the unit coming on YOU NAME IT. Yesterday I arrived home to my downstairs ceiling actively leaking in 3 places! Theres water damage on my ceiling, my floors are soaked, my computer area wet. Had to call a plumber at 11pm to come out and they located the problem! The a/c of course. Biggest conniving ripoff in the industry! $351 to simply replace the $20 anode rod in the hot water tank???? Tech must've mistaken me for a clueless customer. There is sufficient clearance to remove the rod (1-1/16 socket) without removing the tank. A 20 minute task at most. Disgusting con. Nice try, Roj!

After hearing about my ongoing issues with their work to my A/C unit, I spoke with ******* in consumer service. He recognized that the issue was ongoing for over year and ensured he would make it right. He found a way to replace my condenser and waive the labor fee. I am pleased with the ongoing dedication to customer satisfaction.

These people are serious price gougers. If you do business with them you are going to get screwed over by the prices they charge.They wanted to charge me $350.00 just to pull and reinstall a commode so that they could use the drain to clear a sewer line clog. Its a simple 5 minute job. Then, they wanted another $400.00 just to clear the the line. They wanted a total of $750.00 just to clear a sewer line. If you want to be really screwed over by price gouging , then, this is the company that you need to call. JMHO

The *** Technician arrived today for a scheduled Seasonal Maintenace - HVAC System checkup, ARS had installed a new Rheem system in my Mobile Home on December 12, 2022. The system is working fine. The Technician was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered the questions that I had without hesitation. I will continue using ARS in the future.
