I needed a new Heat and A/C unit in Dec 2021, ARS was great they came out and quoted it and said they had an out of box unit they could give me a good deal on, so I went for it. It has operated fine but when I had service done last month the tech asked me why my outside unit was 3 years older than the rest of my units?! I have made 4 calls to *****- their "Quality Mgr", he said that he would look into it and call me back with the president. That was almost a week ago and he is now not returning my calls.

We called ********************* at about 4:00 pm and they had a technician - **** - at our house about 7:30 pm. He had our AC working properly again in about an hour. Great job!

Issues with HVAC and other equipment as a homeowner is always frustrating and always expensive. Negative company reviews are sometimes warranted and necessary, but some are just frustrated homeowners who are mad that companies no longer manufacture products that last. Great service! Technician arrived in a timely manner and was thorough with his seasonal inspection. He provided me with a detailed description of what he reviewed and gave me checklist of things to continue to do to keep my system running effectively.

On Tuesday, May 30, a technician came to my house because I was interested in the $49 tune up special. I discovered at the end that the advertised tune-up was not a tune up, it should be called a diagnostic because he didn't adjust the **** unit to run at maximum efficiency for the advertised $49, which is how a tune-up is defined.In fact, I was informed that my capacitor was bad and I was a gallon low on freon. Charged way too much. Took advantage of an elderly single woman, in poor health, sitting in an hot home with no AC. Initial quote was well over $9000 for a 3 ton AC. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!
