He explain their process of having an overseer manager come back with a detail pricing a d any discounts. The air-condition guy was detail in explained how the air pressure worked within house in connection with thermostat. How he checked the flow in heater and the unit itself. Thank you ********. I have been dealing with ESCO for 20+ years now. This past 10 months has been terrible. Last August on one of their regular tune up visits for my **, when I left in the morning it was working. When I got home, they informed me it was broken and needed to be replaced. The next day when the sales person visited with me and my landlord it was discovered that the ** was still on warranty and like magic it could be fixed. I just can't say enough about their service. called in the morning with no hot water and they had a technician come out within 2 hours, fixed my issue and now I get to take a hot shower.

They never return your calls. Every week can go by and nothing. The technicians all agreed on the problem and how it needed to be solved but as far as customer service and satisfaction on how efficient they are in solving THE ARE THE WORST!!!! The only reason I went with them is because they had a table at ********** so I thought they were a trustworthy company to go with but I was wrong!!!
