I called ARS Rescue Rooter to do an annual checkup on my ac system. The tech replaced a contactor on the condenser outside and sprayed some foam cleaner on it. The tech charge me $200 per each item. He claimed that the reason the cleaner was so expensive was because it pulls out the dirt from years of neglect. After I paid him and he left I took the empty can he left and looked it up online.Amazon has it for $18.00! I have tried to contact someone at their office but luck. If I could give *************** a zero star rating I would. About April 24, 2023 I had some plumbing work done. I have had a contract with *************** for several years. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money. I spoke to their **************************** (****) she sent me an email that stated they would refund me $214.75 on April 26, 2023.
