Techs and sales staff were professional, informative, detail oriented, efficient.
We purchased a new energy efficient unit from ARS ********** to save money on our utility bills. Although there is a 100 % satisfaction guarantee our unit has not worked from day one and after 9 service visits is still not working and our last electric bill was over $600 and the financing put a lien on our home.
On time. Time spent to do job was efficient and timely. Information provided to status of my air con unit was straight forward and easily understood. Excellent service!!!
This company has seriously gone downhill. We've subscribed to their maintenance plan since 2006. We've been happy with them until the last year. 3 weeks ago we paid over $7,000 dollars to replace ************** they recommended. Today, when the temperature reached 93 degrees outside, their solution could only maintain at 83 degrees. This is ridiculous. If you spend that kind of money, you should get a system that can keep your home cool for your family!
*** did a great job checking our HVAC system, cleaned the unit and will be back to install the ** light. He and his coworker were polite and answered our questions.
Best service ever!! The service tech **** was so knowledgeable, found the issue with my AC promptly and fixed it. He was nice and courteous besides being great at his job!!!
I called Will-Fix-It needing a plumber to install a new faucet in my kitchen. He called one time 25minutes before the arrival window to let me know he was on the way. I also received a text 10 mins before arrival. When the truck arrived, the technician had a clearly labeled company uniform on and was very pleasant. He introduced himself which matched the name I was told a day ago of who would be arriving and it was also sewn on the company uniform.
