The workers in the Orlando **** are great! They came on time and worked hard throughout the day-long process of replacing the **** system for my home. Of course, they left my house looking great! It has been typical for ARS to take several days to get back to me (even with me calling them) to set up that appointment and fallowups. But, again their work is/was fantastic! I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with ARS Rescue Rooter of North Central *******. As a customer who has had a relation with them since the unit was installed on Oct. 2021, through ********** and that has a subscription plan with them, I expected reliable and prompt service. Worst company ever tell me how my air conditioner supposed to be brand new and within two years of having it I been having problems on problems.
My elderly mother called for a service check up on her "FUNCTIONING" air conditioning unit. the tech that came out gave his usual scripted results. "Everything is functioning but your low on freon, some normal wear and tear, coils need cleaning, but "with being low on freon the dirty coils are actually helping the ********** up more pressure and cool the house better until more freon is added. ARS Rescue Rooter sent someone out promptly (before scheduled time) on a holiday! The technician was courteous and was able to provide a solution to my problem. It is near impossible to find a plumber on a holiday. So glad that ARS RR was available.
