I called Yes Plumbing to look at a bathroom problem toilets leaking, slow drainage from toilets, sinks and showers. As usual they send this guy with the plumbers, he doesn't allow them to look at what is happening and he barely looks he of course tries to upsell you on everything. This happened to me a few years back with a garbage disposal and the same upsell guy. These people are not reputable. They should keep this guy in the office and allow the plumbers to do their job. If I could give 0 stars, I would. And I dont even know where to begin. Blue Dot installed our new HVAC system in the winter of 2017. Not even 3 months later, we had issues with that system. Now its been 6 years and I cannot tell you how many times our heating and AC has stopped working and we needed to call them to fix it. My biggest issue with them though is their customer service. They charged me more than ******************* but I gave in because I needed a leak fixed asap and didnt want to wait another day to have the first bidder return the next day. They charged over$2500 to fix a clogged pipe and left a large plastic pan under so we could see if the leak was truly fixed or not. The repair guy said hed be back to see in a few days to check and never came as promised! About a month later the kitchen overhead light fixture area started leaking AGAIN in the same spots! I PURCHASED IN JANUARY 2023 , HOT WATER HEATER, AIR CONDITIONING AND A FURNANCE. WHIILE INSTALLING THE NEW FURNANCE ARS through away my,newly purchased Air Scrubber and tried to sell,me another one while doing a furnance inspection. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES about this problem AND RECEIVED NO RESULts, also the FURNANCE makes a banging noise when in OPERATION. THE HOTWATER HEATER FELLED INSPECTION TWICE AND ARS HAS YET TO PASS INSPECTION OR SEND SOMEONE OUT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM .

*************** HVAC took advantage of this disabled senior. They hard sold me an entire heating unit for double ($18,665) of what these units go for. ****** charged me $450 per pound for refrigerant for replacement for my system (two pounds for a total of $900) while two other companies that I have checked on pricing with only charge $50 per pound and would have only cost $100! I was also told that most likely I had a very slow freon leak that was no rush to find.....and then the $900 of refrigerant was gone in three weeks! They have now lost a long time customer due to this excessive pricing and poor assessment of the issue.

This is a long story; I am still figuring out where to begin. Terrible technicians and customer service. We have had issues with being charged even though the part is covered under warranty. We called the manufacturer. ARS put a discount on the paperwork for the part. IT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. What is the issue here? The technician who came to my home today lied to me and said that we denied the morning service timeframe. The charge for warranty items is outrageous. They recently charged me $******* to replace a fan motor that was under warranty. I had no options because if I didn't pay they wouldn't give us the motor. I had no problems with the technicians and they have no control over the prices but they were there from 10:30 a.m to 12:15 so rough calculations they were charging us ***** per minute. Ive been a loyal customer and subscriber to their monthly program for almost two decades. We really needed them to come out this week and help troubleshoot and fix a sewer problem but they canceled three times. Terrible customer service.
