Very cordial and efficient and reasonable cost for the annual maintenance plan.
These guys are 100% scammers. They send untrained sales people pretending to be plumbers technicians. Instead of troubleshooting or investigating issues, they just try to sell you thousands of dollars of work that won't fix anything. It's fraud.Example: They installed a tankless water heater in our home. A year later it starts leaking water and giving error codes, they replace the heat distributor under warranty. We used this company last year for their advertised special on their spring air conditioning tune-up. When they were here last year, they completed the tune-up on our air conditioning which had previously been running fine. One month later when we needed to turn the air conditioning on, it was not working. This company is a scam. They overcharge their customers as a normal business practice. I had a sink clogged and **** recommended them to me, **** also gave me an estimate about $268. Then I received numerous calls and messages from ARS to pursue my business, but never mentioned they have a $109 surcharge for service call. The technician used the clog clearing machine cleared the clog in 10 minutes. The price was $519.10. They didn't explain why this service was so expensive.
