I have a monthly service plan with ARS. I was charged the monthly fee on March 2, I later upgraded to the Elite plan at a slightly higher monthly charge. I was charged for that on March 10.ARS has been contacted 3 times in regards to the duplicate charge. No one has contacted me nor has the overcharge been corrected.I would like the over billing to be corrected and based on the lack for response, I would like the entire service plan cancelled before the next monthly billing cycle

Less than 18 months ago I used ARS of ****************, ** to replace the entire HVAC and Heating system in my home. Since the date of installation the system has never been right. Recently we discovered a large carbon monoxide leak in our attic and furnace vent pipe (which is extremely dangerous for anyone in our home). ARS never sent anyone to inspect the work after the completion. False advertising/ quote price of ***** from their coupon in value pac but wanted to charge 4***** when they showed up 45 minutes late for my 2:00 - 4:00 appointment window. Called company and they did not care nor wanted to address the issue. Coupon states: ***** Drain Cleaning or its free

*********************** crew tried to strong arm me. Pocketed the cash payment. I never was offered to sign the initial agreement which was $99.00 ******** wanted $12,000 to replace a sewer pipe. Told me they used a **** psi power washer machine to clean out pipes. Told me to was not possible to clean out. They wanted $1,500 for the clean out that they said didn't work. WILL I CALL FOR A TUNEUP TO THIS COMPANY SO THEY GIVE ME APPOINTMENT FOR THIS TUNEUP THE PERSON I SPOKEN TO SAID IT WAS SERVICE CHARGE OF $109.00 +$49.00 FOR THE TUNEUP THE ** UNIT WAS NOT KICKING ON SO THE **** SAID IT WAS THE CAP**ITOR SO HE REPL**ED SO HE TOLD ME IT WILL BE $389.00 DOLLARS BUT AT THE END WE PAY MORE THEN HE SAID WAS $435.00 NO TUNEUP NO BREAKDOWN WHAT WAS DONE AND CHARGES AND NO RECEIPT

14 months ago I used ARS of ************* to replace the entire HVAC system in my home. Since the date of installation the system has never been right. I have requested service for it no less than 7 times since they installed it. They have failed to show for 3 scheduled services, 2 without notice. They have changed the dates of service calls without notifying me or confirming my availability. This company damaged my deck on June 21 last year. they said they would fix it. asked for a police report and one was filed. almost 9 months later and nothing done. When I call they transfer me to some else who dosen't answer the phone. leave messages on voice mail but never call back. I had to get my deck fixed myself. Do not work with this company they could care lest about their customers. be warned!!!!!

I had Will Fix It to my home to clear two tub drains. The special advertised was "$83 or it's free". The technician broke one drain and said it was not able to be cleared. He tried to up-sell me a total bath replacement instead of clearing the drain. The second drain did clear but was backed up and not draining within one week. I did not receive an invoice; the attachment in the email would not open. It took multiple attempts to contact them when I was billed $287. They tried to get me to do thousands of dollars in repairs. All for a clog that took another company 15 minutes to clear. Plus it only cost me $200.00 versed over $5000.00 When I asked for my money back I was cussed at. This company is a scam.
