Found this company through ********** sat down with sales representative at my home and they offered 6. Something apr and in the blink of an eye it jumped to ***** when I have good credit and was told 18 months no payment, here we are one month into it I have a bill saying I have a payment due. Was told that the 18 months went out the window because the APR changed. Make sure you get all the info when dealing with this company.

Bait and switch scam. They advertise $69 drain clean. We confirmed price when scheduled. Upon arrival the employee states can't do for that price enen though we have written ad. Quotes almost $400 to do job. $310 with senior discount. Do not recommend this company with fraudulent practices.

We purchased an HVAC unit in November 2020 from ARS. In September 2022 we called ARS because the unit was not coming on. The technician that serviced the unit said that the not quite two-year-old thermometer needed replacement. The charge to replace the thermometer was $400.00 for labor. Now, as the unit is exactly two years old this November, we had to call for service because the heat is not working properly. The technician informed us that the condenser fan needed to be replaced. ARS installed our two HVAC units in ******, ** in 2019, and we were happy with the results. Had a minor problem that shut one system down in Oct 2022 and had ARS out to fix it. Was quoted $90 base charge for a service call: ******** spent less than two hours finding and fixing the problem: a relay in the outside unit. Tech strongly recommended two other electrical hardware additions that would help protect the unit in case of power surge or high current conditions, and quoted $4543 to do those in addition to the relay, which... read more

They don't stand behind their work my wife and I purchased a unit and had it installed we have had numerous problems since day one now our heat isn't working they came out and said it would cost $389.00 to fix it I refuse to pay another dime to them when we paid$ ******* dollars and it has been one headache after another. With switching from heat to air. Aksarben ARS came to my house for an annual tune-up. My heating system was working fine and we had good heating. When the technician was almost done, we heard a popping sound with a flash and my system was dead. Per the technician, the controller board was damaged due to that popping event. Now we are without heat. I am regretting the decision of why I did call for a tune-up! I am no electrician but I think the system was not put up well after it was opened for inspection. I would never purchase a unit from this company again! My unit was purchased in 2013 and in the first few months had to have the compressor replaced. Since then I have had to replace the fan motor, and had a hole in a line to the tune of $1500! I have called the customer service person several times, she called me back once with the promise to call again with resolution but never has. These are my opinions:The worst experience I've ever had with a company. If I could leave a "negative zero star" I would do so. This was once a really good company that I had used for years (I had last used them about 2 years ago, until I hired them again yesterday). At one time, they were polite, truthful, did good work, never tried to uncharge, and bent over backwards for the customer. That has changed.
