ARS is not a business to deal with Yesterday was advised by a technician named ***** that everything was good and went about his way. I received a survey and a follow-up and he said it was all good and something pertaining to our AC drain line, but he didnt explain anything about the drain line. I complained to the company regarding his false report and they advised me that it was reported. I had to call cause our AC stopped working and gave an error message. ****** Oct 8, 2022 Last October 2, 2022, I called ARS Rescue Rooter for appointment regarding our bathtub shower faucet are not working. I was told there's a charge of $109.00 just for the technician showing up. I agreed, thinking they are professional and have enough experience to do the job correctly.The Technician arrived on time as promised and after an hour of studying the problems of why the handle of the shower is not working. This company came and installed a 3 ton unit in our house and we ordered a 3.5 ton unit. We have had problems out of it for a year befor we found out that they installed the wrong size and unit in our house. Now no compensation for us using more power then we should have had used.

I purchased air conditioning system from this company, I have had it since 3/21, The system started leaking out of the sealing where the air handler is, a they would not send anybody out unless we agreed to pay ******, ok, but when the technician looked at the system which had shut itself down, they said it needed to be vacuumed and it would cost 300, we paid, than within two months the system shut itself down again, also leaking from the sealing, once again they vacuumed, and charged ******, obviously there is something mor... read more

Great response on a Saturday with a Tech who was on time and did a thorough job of clearing a stoppage for our main sink. I have used AARS before and was very pleased again. If you have an emergency, they are the ones to call.

Skip ARS and go to *** Company. I paid $142 for a service with *** Company that ARS tried to charge $419 for as a member. Heres the story. I had a gas leak in my house coming from behind my stove. ARS came out on a Saturday and told me that I needed a new flex hose. As a member I had to pay $85 for them to come out and tell me that. The technician named **** told me that he didnt have a flex rod on his truck so someone will have to reach out to me on the following Monday to schedule another technician to come out and replace... read more

Most unresponsive and dangerous company I have ever worked with. They no-showed for an appointment and when they finally arrived, I found out I had a gas leak for the last 2 months. They said that isn't good but common in this industry??? It's not okay to dismiss this flagrant error on their part when my family is in danger for months! Their installers never bothered to do a bubble test to make sure there were no leaks before they left. I purchased a 4tonACheatpump from ARS The salesman told me it was a two stage unit when they put it in itwas a one stage I called the salesman he said he made a mistake he called his boss they said it was nothing they could do about it I could have bought the same unit from a different company for $3000 less
