She was out agent for selling our home in Murphy. We have bought and sold many homes as we have changed jobs and she was one of the best realtors we have used. She priced our house appropriately (for more than I would have thought) and then worked hard to ensure we got the price. My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Colleen and her team. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Someone was always available to answer any and all questions - no matter what time of day it was.
