My husband and I have used Colleen's services twice. (2014 and 2015) Colleen sold our first house in Parker when houses in Parker where not selling. Then when we decided to sell our Murphy house, Colleen not only sold our house right away but she got use top dollar well above the going market value in the area. She was out agent for selling our home in Murphy. We have bought and sold many homes as we have changed jobs and she was one of the best realtors we have used. She priced our house appropriately (for more than I would have thought) and then worked hard to ensure we got the price. Her knowledge of the area gives her the upper hand on negotiations and helps you get the most money for your house. My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Colleen and her team. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Someone was always available to answer any and all questions - no matter what time of day it was.
