Colleen Frost helped me sell a rental property I owned in Garland. She helped show me which things I needed to do to get top price and also had a list of everyone I needed to do certain repairs. Then when we got it on the market we had, I think 5 offers the first Saturday, one of which I accepted and those people are now in the house. Anytime I hear someone say they want to sell, I recommend Colleen. And I always well. Everyone who works with her was always friendly and helpful and responded to my calls very efficiently.

I cannot say enough good things about Colleen and her team! I used her team when I bought my house and would have used them to sell but ended up in a situation where I was able to sell myself.
