The Frost Team was EXCEPTIONAL! We worked with them to sell our current home and purchase new home. From the initial meeting to the staging to the negotiation(s) to the issues that popped up and closing, they were always available. Communication is key during such a stressful time and they were in contact at all hours on the status. This really helped to minimize the stress on our end. We had to work through some tough circumstances, but the Frost Team made it happen. This was working with buyers of our home and the sellers ... read more
The star's for this review do not do Colleen and her team justice! They were amazing when it came to selling our old house in Richardson and buying our current house in Murphy. The way she negotiated the sale of our old house to get us TOP dollar was truly astounding, in fact, I believe she got us the most per square foot for our house size. She then turned around and got us a heck of a deal on our current house in Murphy. Not only did she get us a great deal, but also was able to negotiate the timing of it all that worked b... read more
Colleen and Todd are great. They walked us through the sales process, advised us on where to spend our time and money for maximum return, kept us in the loop throughout, and sold our home in a matter of days. I recommend the Frost team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Colleen and Todd helped us sell our house. They guided us through the process from start to finish including much extra work due to the storms the hit our area this year.
I've known Colleen for several years and refer all of my family and friends to her. She keeps you in the loop every minute of the progress of your sale and of your purchase!!! Colleen is amazing at what she does and has truly been blessed with the gift of knowledge, compassion and attention to detail in this industry .
Colleen listed our home in a very tough market a few years ago. Her staging was so awesome, we ended up staying in our house and fell in love with it all over again! While we didn't sell at that time, we will DEFINITELY list with her when the time comes in the future. I'd never use anyone else!
Wow!!! We ?? Colleen Frost and her team! We are currently working with her and the process has been professional and perfection....all rolled into one!! We are making a big change in our lives and she has helped on all ends of our big move. She is here for us 24/7!
Colleen and Todd are great to work with. They will become your friends if needed. Helped in a cross country moved for a family of 5. Had very up to date knowledge of new and existing homes. Recommend the best neighborhood!
Colleen and Todd Frost are currently assisting me in locating property to build a new home. Once I have found the right property, I will be listing my current home with them as I know they will not only obtain the best price but they will have it sold in no time. Colleen and her team are very knowledgeable with the local real estate market so I highly recommend listing with them as they will get you fast results. Chris George Murphy TX
