Colleen and Todd were wonderful to work with! They are truly experts and that is exactly what I was looking for when we decided to sell our house. I had complete confidence in following Colleen's lead. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their team!
Colleen is a consummate real estate professional and a joy to work with. We had a challenging sell and she navigated it masterfully in a way that only a professional could. Colleen made the selling of our home easy for us and she got us to done well in advance of the closing date on our new home. In the end, both the Buyer and us were thrilled. If you need to sell your home, especially in the Murphy Texas area, there is simply no one better than Colleen. Call her first. We did.
I contacted Colleen after my mom passed. I have never sold a home before so I needed some assistance. Plus I live out of state. From the first meeting with Colleen I had a great feeling I wanted to work with her. Colleen was wonderful making sure to keep all the stress off me since I was not local. I had a great experience working with Colleen and will recommend her in a heartbeat.
Colleen listed my home in 2014. Her tips for staging really made the house stand out. I had multiple offers in just two days! The first offer that I selected changed their mind after a week. Colleen had the house sold again just two hours later! Closing was smooth and stress-free. Colleen helped us buy in 2015 and once again the process was without incident. She is the only realtor that I would ever use again!
One word accurately describes Colleen....AMAZING! Colleen's team assisted us with the sale and purchase of our homes. We had a challenging situation with the sale of our house. Colleen not only assisted with a suitable agreement but made us feel confident about our decision. Thank you so much Colleen! You are AWESOME! Elizabeth W.
Colleen and her team were awesome when we sold our house in Murphy Texas! They helped us get top dollar for our home then assisted us thru the entire selling process. The Frost Team really knows the business and takes great care of their customers and most importantly does what they say they are going to do.
Todd and Colleen are truly the best! They sold our home within hours and above the listing price. How can you ask for more than that? The best part is, they started out as our realtors and now they are our friends!
Colleen and her team were absolutely a dream to work with. When I moved to DFW from North Carolina, her team was pivotal in the process of searching for and buying my home. A home that was not only my first, but one that I bought sight unseen! They were fantastic in communicating every detail in every step of the way. They pointed me in the direction of a wonderful lender who was more than helpful and walked me through closing. Colleen and her team are the best and I recommend to anyone looking for or selling their home in t... read more
Colleen and her team are simply the best. We have worked with other Realtors in the past but none of them have had her expertise, knowledge, skill and package of services. I finally felt like I had a team of professionals truly working for my best interest. She has integrity, is an excellent negotiator and is so much fun to work with! Selling a home can be overwhelming, but she made it easy. She stages and makes excellent recommendations to help your property shine - she has a great eye for what sells.
