Colleen sold our house in Murphy. She knows the market so well, she was able to give us different list prices to sell in 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months. She was spot on. She is very responsive to texts or phone calls. We loved working with her. Would enthusiastically recommend to anyone!

My wife and I worked with Trina at the frost group. Trina was very responsive and helpful working with us purchasing a home from out of state. She re-arranged our schedule to meet with us. She also found the perfect home for us and got us moved closed with within a month of placing an offer. This happened because she facilitated the purchase with all the parties involved for us, and answered any questions we had.
My agent was Diansa. She was very knowledgeable of the different areas that We visited, and helped me find the right house in the best area for me and my children (schools) she was extremely patience and encouraging with me through all the process.
We used the Frost Team to sell our house, and purchase one. From the seller perspective, they provided spot-on advice on how to stage and prepare the home to get a quick offer. Colleen sold our home before it went on the market, which was great since we were planning for a move out of state and I was pregnant. She also secured a lease back which was key into making the deal work! Highly suggest Colleen and her team!
