Colleen and her team are top notch! We heard about her through others and will definitely be referring her name to those we know. From the initial interview to the final closing of our home we have felt very comfortable and secure that Colleen was there for us. Her team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any of our needs. But one of the best things was never feeling like we were merely another customer. We always felt like her team was right there with us every step of the way.
We learned about Colleen when we first moved into our neighborhood. She was selling several houses. When we decided to sell our house, her signs were the first thing we thought of, remembering seeing all of them in our neighborhood. She and Todd are very easy to work with. They do a great job of walking you through the process to make it effortless. She and her staff are very easy to get in touch with and never hesitate to help if you have any questions. We would definitely use her again if we had to do it over.
We worked with Colleen and Todd on the sale of our home in Fate and the purchase of our new home. They, along with their team, knocked it out of the park in all areas. Colleen is not a new kid on the block and is very in-tune with how to reach prospective buyers, leveraging traditional listing methods and sprinkling in social media posts on a variety of platforms to ensure our home got exposure.
