Colleen and her team were very personal in their approach to selling our home. It was a combined effort from her team members that made us feel comfortable with signing with them. Our house actually sold twice, both on the first weekend after listing the property. Highly recommended to anyone serious about selling their home.

I highly recommend Colleen Frost with the sale of your home. Mine sold in four days and this was with a delay due to a holiday weekend. She and her team were very patience with me and are very skilled at what they do...took away all of the stress that is normally involved in trying to get a house sold so that I could purchase another home. My other family members have also used her and her team to purchase and sell their homes. Give her a call and you will be happy you did.

We had an amazing experience of selling our house in Murphy in April 2017 with Colleen Frost and her team. Had an offer in less than 48 hours and it was more than our asking price. Colleen gave some great tips on staging and her photographer did amazing on pictures. We had a zero-repair request and there was a minor hiccup after the appraisal was done. We sold and bought with the Collen Frost team, they were wonderful. Always available, always helpful, always kind, always honest. Ours was a more difficult sale with some tricky timing, and after the experience, we couldn't be happier. If you DON'T want your house to be sold faster than lightning for the biggest piles of money possible, then you shouldn't call them. However, if that sounds like a good thing, then get ready because, poof, its gone.
