Colleen, Todd and Team are wonderful to work with from beginning to the end. We sold our home and bought another one with them and we could not have asked for a better experience. The stress of selling and buying (all at the same time) was just not part of working with this team. They are responsive, dependable, fun, and honest. I contacted Colleen after my mom passed. I have never sold a home before so I needed some assistance. Plus I live out of state. From the first meeting with Colleen I had a great feeling I wanted to work with her. Colleen was wonderful making sure to keep all the stress off me since I was not local. Colleen listed my home in 2014. Her tips for staging really made the house stand out. I had multiple offers in just two days! The first offer that I selected changed their mind after a week. Colleen had the house sold again just two hours later! Closing was smooth and stress-free. Colleen helped us buy in 2015 and once again the process was without incident.
