We had a rough start, and were getting really frustrated by the new buyer, changing the closing date several times, among other things, but Colleen's team hung in there being supportive and positive. I would recommend them to everyone !

We had a contract on our home within 13 days of listing the home with Colleen. She and Todd are students of the industry. This was obvious to us from the 1st meeting on. They are very creative as well. They came to our house before it went on the market and did a simple IPhone video of them walking the exterior/interior of our home. Colleen posted it on her Facebook site and it was viewed more than 3,000 times. The still photography and videography of our home was beautiful. Working with Colleen Frost exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homeseller, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Clleen Frost was incredibly friendly and took time to determine what I need to do in detail. ShE was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was on a very tight timeframe. I highly recommend Colleen Frost. I definitely would like to buy a house with her again.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Todd and Colleen Frost made the sale of our home as easy as it could possibly be. I owned my first home for 18 years and Colleen sold it quickly. I was extremely happy with the exposure on Google/Zillow. If you Googled "Houses for sale in Wylie/Lucas/Sachse/Murphy Texas" a photo of my home and it's address was what you'd get for longer than necessary to sell it. My only complaint is that I wasn't told by anyone that I'd have to purchase a warranty on my home for the buyer, I found out when I was about to sign the contract. Colleen and her team were very personal in their approach to selling our home. It was a combined effort from her team members that made us feel comfortable with signing with them. Our house actually sold twice, both on the first weekend after listing the property. Highly recommended to anyone serious about selling their home.
