I owned my first home for 18 years and Colleen sold it quickly. I was extremely happy with the exposure on Google/Zillow. If you Googled "Houses for sale in Wylie/Lucas/Sachse/Murphy Texas" a photo of my home and it's address was what you'd get for longer than necessary to sell it. My only complaint is that I wasn't told by anyone that I'd have to purchase a warranty on my home for the buyer, I found out when I was about to sign the contract.
