Our entire selling experience with Colleen, Todd, and their team was fantastic. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process. Each step was very clearly explained with expectations set, and the entire team over-delivered on those expectations. We had a contract on our home within 13 days of listing the home with Colleen. She and Todd are students of the industry. This was obvious to us from the 1st meeting on. They are very creative as well. They came to our house before it went on the market and did a simple IPhone video of them walking the exterior/interior of our home.
