I cannot speak highly enough of Colleen, Todd, and their entire team. They skillfully guided us through all the steps of selling our home, from updating it to get top dollar, to closing once it quickly sold. Someone from their team was always available (thanks Angela!) to answer questions or address concerns and the response was always timely. True servants!!!! Colleen, Todd Frost, and their team have been absolutely amazing in the entire process of selling our home. We had a family member use them and not only did they sell their house in a few days but they had a wonderful experience! That’s why we chose to go with them as well. We had our first open house on a Saturday and had a offer on the following Monday. The entire process went smooth and their team is professional, prompt, attentive, personable, and straight up a dynamic team from start to finish!!

After a recommendation from a family member, we used Colleen and her team to sell our home and assist with building our new home. We dealt mostly with Todd, but Colleen was also available for any questions and concerns. We felt that they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They really knew the area and talked us through the selling/building process. Not only are they great realtors, they are nice and friendly people. Highly recommend!

After having a bad experience selling a previous home, we did a ton of research and watching the market closely before we chose Colleen and her team to list our home. It was by far the best decision!
