Working with Colleen & Todd was a joy! We've sold a couple houses but they and their team have got the systems down. From videos to checklists to keeping updated it went so smoothly. Their knowledge and negotiation skills were superb. Plus they're just a great couple! I highly recommend.

Colleen took an appointment knowing we may not switch from our current agent. She still made recommendations and acted as if we were already her with her. When we made the switch, expectations were clear and set from the beginning regarding staging, listing, showings, offers, and closing. Her and her team were very responsive and quick with their communication. Her and Todd know the area very well and work well with their back office to ensure we were priced and staged accordingly. I cannot speak highly enough of Colleen, Todd, and their entire team. They skillfully guided us through all the steps of selling our home, from updating it to get top dollar, to closing once it quickly sold.
