Colleen Frost Team helped us sell hour previous house in Murphy and also build a new house in Parker, Texas. Colleen Frost Team did great on both transactions. Colleen took an appointment knowing we may not switch from our current agent. She still made recommendations and acted as if we were already her with her. When we made the switch, expectations were clear and set from the beginning regarding staging, listing, showings, offers, and closing.
