Todd and Colleen are professionals and experts when it comes to home selling. We reached out to sell our primary residence that was on the market for over 3 months with no offers. Collen and her team are the most experienced group I have worked with in selling a home. Few realtors communicate, not with Colleen's team. You are informed of every step of the journey, no surprises! Every team member was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, even when we asked the same questions over and over! The Colleen Frost Team are amazing. They put a coming soon sign in our yard ( we had to do some decluttering before we could take pictures and list) It was shown several times and we got full asking price in 3 days. Never went on the market. How amazing is that --- double POOF it was gone. They were amazing with every step of the process. Each team member provided excellent service.
