I loved working with Colleen and her team. They were very knowledgeable about the market and know how to sell a house fast. Whenever I needed to get a hold of Colleen, she was very responsive. If I was to sell another house in the DFW area, I would use Colleen again. If you are looking for a realtor that puts her clients interests above her own and gets the job done, then Colleen is the person you want to sell your house. I am a big Colleen Frost fan!!

Colleen and her team are absolutely fantastic! They are there when you need them, and their advice is spot on. They know the market and how it is changing in real time. My wife and I initially priced our house at the high end of the market range, against Colleen's advice. We had lots of showings but no bites. Colleen helped us buy our current home and sell the one we were living in. She got us the amount that we wanted for the house we were selling. She was very knowledgeable about the market and helped us negotiate what we wanted in our new home. There was some confusion at our closing but she was able to straighten everything out making every thing a stress free as possible. I highly recommend her services.
