Colleen helped us buy our current home and sell the one we were living in. She got us the amount that we wanted for the house we were selling. She was very knowledgeable about the market and helped us negotiate what we wanted in our new home. There was some confusion at our closing but she was able to straighten everything out making every thing a stress free as possible. I highly recommend her services.

The Frost Team was EXCEPTIONAL! We worked with them to sell our current home and purchase new home. From the initial meeting to the staging to the negotiation(s) to the issues that popped up and closing, they were always available. The star's for this review do not do Colleen and her team justice! They were amazing when it came to selling our old house in Richardson and buying our current house in Murphy. The way she negotiated the sale of our old house to get us TOP dollar was truly astounding, in fact, I believe she got us the most per square foot for our house size. She then turned around and got us a heck of a deal on our current house in Murphy. Colleen listed our home in a very tough market a few years ago. Her staging was so awesome, we ended up staying in our house and fell in love with it all over again! While we didn't sell at that time, we will DEFINITELY list with her when the time comes in the future. I'd never use anyone else!
