Colleen is The Best. I have heard so many horror stories of house buying, but Colleen was like a fairy godmother and our story is more of a fairy tale. Honestly, she knows the homes available and what it takes to get your offer accepted. Could not believe how easy our purchase ended up being.

In 2013, I contacted Colleen Frost to discuss selling my home. During our visit, she discussed the process, what she thought my home would sell for (more than I thiught), and the time frame for when she thought it would sell (much sooner than even she expected). Colleen was professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to sign with her, which was one reason why I did list my home with her. Colleen Frost helped me sell a rental property I owned in Garland. She helped show me which things I needed to do to get top price and also had a list of everyone I needed to do certain repairs. Then when we got it on the market we had, I think 5 offers the first Saturday, one of which I accepted and those people are now in the house. Anytime I hear someone say they want to sell, I recommend Colleen. And I always well. Everyone who works with her was always friendly and helpful and responded to my calls very efficiently.

I cannot say enough good things about Colleen and her team! I used her team when I bought my house and would have used them to sell but ended up in a situation where I was able to sell myself. Colleen is so entrenched in the market that I was able to tour the house I purchased before it went on the market.
