Colleen has been a friend of the family for years and we were proud to have her sell our home a few years ago. She was warm, caring, helpful and tenacious! We've watched her grow from a one-woman-shop to the Frost Team and we look forward to seeing she does in the years to come. I have also invited Colleen to help clients of mine who are relocating to the D/FW area. She's assisted co-workers, friends and now several of my clients. Her legacy continues to grow.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and team. Colleen had our best interest in mind from start to finish. She loves what she does and it definitely shows in the way she cares for her clients. Colleen has been the model of patience and expertise in this process. She visited me a number of times over 5 months as i slowly made progress toward getting the house ready to go on the market. She has an amazing list of resources to get everything accomplished for house fix up. Colleen and her team answer questions and provide advice so promptly. Colleen's pre-marketing for the house was impressive. But an even greater surprise was her talent for staging the house. The house went from pending to close in 7 days! Colleen demonstrated expert guidance in handling offers and negotiating decisions. Then the rest of the Frost group all teamed up to push the transaction along quickly and to keep us informed. My husband, Marco, and I can not say enough about Colleen's professionalism and desire to make the sale of our home as painless as possible. As life would have it, a contract came in on our home while my husband was having surgery. With months of rehab ahead of us, completing the sale process and moving was proving to be extremely challenging. Colleen and her staff got us through it!
